Digital Transformation

Digital Transformation

Everything we do starts with the Digital Transformation Toolkit. Using its microservices and built-in user and service management, we develop and implement solutions securely, on time, and within budget.

Digital shared services

We collaborated with the Digital Transformation Team in the Northern Ireland Civil Service to develop a set of reusable shared services for use across the entire Civil Service. This program has implemented services such as Room Booking, Desk Booking, Appointment Booking, Secure Messaging, Payment Gateway, Identity, Tell Us, Rate It, and SMS services. These services are actively used by approximately 10,000 users.

Shop local scheme

DFE

We partnered with the Department of Economy to implement the Northern Ireland Spend Local Card Scheme. This project progressed from concept to production in just three months, successfully delivering over 1.2 million pre-payment cards to Northern Ireland citizens.

Job Apply NI

DFC

We collaborated with the Department of Communities to develop a new jobs portal, enabling job seekers to apply online for opportunities posted by employers. The 12-month project involved creating three key services: the JobApplyNI portal for job seekers, a portal for employers to manage and publish job opportunities, and an administrative portal for the Department of Communities team to oversee the application process.

Export Certificates Online

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) Export Certificates Online (DECOL) system allows exporters of Products of Animal Origin to apply for Export Health Certificates (EHCs) issued by vets or Environmental Health Officers (EHOs).

Delivered as part of a BREXIT program under extremely tight deadlines, the project involved developing a digital portal for Northern Ireland exporters to apply for and receive their health certificates in time for export. To date, the portal has issued over 33,000 health certificates, becoming a critical system for sustaining the commercial interests of Northern Ireland exporters.

The victims payments board

We developed a digital online service for the Department of Justice and the Victims Payments Board, enabling victims to apply for redress payments.

The service included an online portal for solicitors to manage redress applications on behalf of victims, a portal for victims to submit their own applications, and a case management system for the Victims Payments Board to process applications and issue payments. Delivered on time and within budget, the project has enabled the scheme to process applications securely and efficiently.
