Stiona Software Ltd is a Belfast based technology company specialising in building bespoke digital solutions for our customers.
Stiona is working with Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) in the design, implementation and support of its Digital Transformation Platform. The platform and its data reside within the NICS controlled infrastructure. For more information, please refer to the ESS Privacy notice on the Department of Finance website.
Stiona provide technical consultancy services to departments within NICS. Consultants are on-site and the data used is owned and managed by the business areas within the departments. This information is not shared in Stiona repositories or with Stiona staff.

Stiona use a Freshworks secure service desk to help our partners support existing services. The service desk uses SSL encryption to protect the information within the service desk. More information on Freshworks commitment to Data protection can be found at https://www.freshworks.com/privacy/gdpr/. Stiona are contractually bound to provide these services under existing managed services contracts for our customers above. Retention of this information is as per customer managed service contract.
In order to protect data and systems, Stiona Software operate an Information Security Management System independently audited against the international standard ISO/IEC 2001:2013 control set. Stiona Software is currently undergoing a full certification to this standard.
